Paul Ozin (pictured), Andrew Hurst and Lynn Griffin were speakers at the 1 day event on 26/5/10 at the Hilton Millenium Hotel in Knightsbridge.
Butterworths described the event as follows:
“There is little formal guidance when it comes to handling professional disciplinary proceedings; a trial and error approach is often taken. At this one day workshop you will gain practical and tactical insights from the UK’s leading professional disciplinary barristers who will use case studies to illustrate key points.
This interactive workshop is designed for regulatory bodies and their legal advisers. You will be able to share experiences and ideas with peers from different regulatory backgrounds. In the afternoon, you can choose from sector specific break-outs where you can focus on issues that arise within specific professions. Unravel the complexities of costs, disclosure and a plethora of other problem areas and ensure procedural regularity at this highly practical workshop.”
