'Blackburn Resistance' - Aquittal

Instructed as leading junior, Tim Clark today secured an acquittal for a member of a group allegedly known as the 'Blackburn Resistance'. His defendant, Mohammed Ahmad, along with two others were tried for alleged terror offences including the distribution of 'al-Qaeda' style propaganda. The co-defendants are awaiting sentence.
