- serious sexual offences: rape, historic sexual abuse, child pornography, sexual assault.
- serious violent crime: attempted murder, s18 grievous bodily harm, arson with intent to endanger life, violent disorder.
- fraud and financial crime: conspiracy to defraud, “fresh air invoicing”, credit-card cloning, identity theft, contested confiscation proceedings.
- other: death by dangerous driving, armed robbery, Class A drug supply, cannabis cultivation, animal cruelty, perverting the course of justice, firearms offences.
Trained in the provisions for vulnerable witnesses, the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Wide experience in cases involving PII, children’s evidence, evidence given by video-link, cross-examination of experts.
